Certification Standards
Minimum 21 years of age
No license suspension for moving violations in the past five years
No BACs, DUIs, or DWIs in the past five years, or more than one in a lifetime
No felony convictions
Cannot be on probation for any reason
Tractor Specifications
Eleven years old or newer - any color
Cabover or Conventional
260" maximum wheel base
Must be able to scale 46,000 pounds of freight
Must have good trailer
